The Town of New Market wishes to engage in a discussion with contractors, realtors, owners of develop-able land and town citizens about the positives, negatives, and the possibilities for residential development and commercial development in the town. This discussion will help the Town Council and staff to consider avenues to increase the availability of housing opportunities to attract new residents and new businesses. The forum will be held on Tuesday, March 5th, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m at the Town Hall (9418 John Sevier Rd.)
The forum will begin with a social hour from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m for attendees to meet and greet each other. There will be food provided during social hour: sandwiches, chips, dessert, and drinks. (no purchase necessary)
