Community Park Reservations

Shelter Reservations

The Town does take reservations for Shelters 1-5. You may contact the Town Office at (540) 740-3432 to learn of availability for the date(s) you wish to reserve them. Each shelter offers lights, electrical outlets, charcoal grills, picnic tables and water. Rates to reserve a shelter depend upon the size of the shelter and the time of day for which it is requested. The rates are as follows:

Shelter 1 (holds 100 people plus has restrooms attached)

11 am – 4 pm ($30)
4 pm – 11 pm ($30)
All day ($60)

Shelters 2, 3, & 4 (holds 75 people)

11 am – 4 pm ($25)
4 pm – 11 pm ($25)
All day ($50)

Shelter 5 (holds 35 people)

11 am – 4 pm ($20)
4 pm – 11 pm ($20)
All day ($40)

Shelter 6 (holds 35 people)

11 am – 4 pm ($20)
4 pm – 11 pm ($20)
All day ($40)

*Payments for shelter reservations are due at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Payment may be made in person at 9418 John Sevier Road, by mail at P.O. Box 58, New Market, VA 22844, or placed in our drop box, located to the right of the Town Office entrance.

Gazebo Reservations

The gazebo may be reserved for $25. You may contact the Town Office at (540) 740-3432 to learn of it’s availability for the date(s) you wish to reserve it.

*Payments for gazebo reservations are due at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Payment may be made in person at 9418 John Sevier Road, by mail at P.O. Box 58, New Market, VA 22844, or placed in our drop box, located to the right of the Town Office entrance.

BBQ Pit Reservations

There is no charge for reserving the BBQ pit, however, we would ask that you contact the Town Office at (540) 740- 3432 to learn of its availability for the date(s) you wish to reserve it.

Baseball Field, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, & Soccer Field Reservations

There is no charge for reserving the above athletic fields/courts, however, we would ask that you contact the Town Office at (540) 740-3432 to learn of their availability for the date(s) you wish to reserve them.
