Zoning Permits
No building or structure shall be constructed, assembled, moved, enlarged, structurally altered, or demolished until an application for a zoning permit (see fee schedule) has been approved by the Town. Some common buildings and structures that require a zoning permit prior to construction and/or placement include:
- Houses
- Storage buildings
- Fences
- Driveways
- Porches
- Decks
- Extending a roof
- Additions
- Other similar buildings and/or structures
